Pre-launch privacy notice

Last updated: 28 October 2026. This notice concerns MOLA CLUB’s pre-launch website, general enquiries and voluntary launch-email list. It does not cover future client health screening, paid bookings or treatment records.

Who we are and how to contact us

MOLA CLUB is a pre-launch project founded by Dilara Bayrak and Zehra Sefi. Company registration and insurance arrangements are pending. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email info@molaclub.health. We do not present MOLA CLUB as an incorporated company at this stage.

Information you choose to give us

The launch-email form collects your name and email address. You may also choose a preferred language and general interests. We receive this information through Carrd in our Google Workspace inbox. If you contact us directly, we receive your contact details and the contents of your enquiry. Providing information is voluntary; an email address is needed if you want an email response or launch emails.

Please do not send diagnoses, symptoms, medical histories, test results or other sensitive health information through the launch form or general enquiry email. We are not collecting health-screening information at this stage. General interest choices are preferences for communications, not an assessment of your health.

Why we use it

Launch emails — consent. If you actively select the unchecked consent box, we use your details to send launch communications about your selected interests, in your preferred language where available. Joining is optional and separate from making a general enquiry. We do not add people to this list merely because they contacted us. We keep a record of the consent you give.

General enquiries — legitimate interests. We use the information necessary to read and respond to your message and handle related follow-up. Our interest is communicating with people who ask about MOLA CLUB. We limit this use to the enquiry and reasonable related administration; it is not permission to send marketing.

Opt-out records — legitimate interests. We retain the minimum information needed to respect an unsubscribe or objection and avoid contacting you again by mistake. We do not use that record to send further marketing.

Your choice about launch emails

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@molaclub.health with “unsubscribe”, or by replying to a launch email. You do not need to give a reason. We will stop the consent-based emails. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier use based on your consent. Each launch email will explain how to unsubscribe.

Providers and website information

Our main website and forms use Carrd. Our inbox uses Google Workspace. The public MOLA Journal is hosted through Sites. These services handle information needed to deliver their functions, including information sent when your browser connects to a website. Links to Instagram, booking providers or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy information.

We have not added analytics or marketing cookies to the Journal. This is not a claim that hosting providers process no technical information. External fonts, images or embeds can also cause your browser to contact their providers; we minimise these requests where practical. See the relevant provider’s privacy information for its own service processing.

How long information is kept

We keep launch-list details while the launch communications you requested remain relevant and your consent remains in place. We review the list when launch plans change, when the relevant launch communications finish and when you unsubscribe. We remove information no longer needed. We keep enquiry correspondence only while it is needed to deal with the enquiry, relevant follow-up or a specific unresolved complaint. Any longer retention must have a documented reason. Minimal consent and opt-out records are kept only for as long as necessary to demonstrate your choice and respect it.

Your information rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restricted use or a portable copy. You can object to use based on legitimate interests and object to direct marketing at any time. To make a request or raise a concern, email us. We may need information to confirm that the request is from the right person. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes before services launch

We will provide updated privacy information before introducing new uses of your details, health screening, client accounts or paid booking features. Joining this list does not authorise those future uses.
