Clear information. Honest limits.
The MOLA Journal is an educational companion to MOLA CLUB’s online exercise and wellbeing services.
Our purpose
We explain movement, cancer recovery, chronic conditions and wellbeing in accessible English and Turkish. We aim to help you understand options and ask useful questions, without promising a particular recovery or treatment outcome.
How these articles were prepared
The initial collection was prepared with AI assistance using the references listed on each article. No independent clinical review or named specialist authorship is claimed. Individual professional qualifications do not mean that person has reviewed every article. Sources may change and evidence can develop.
Our team and scope
MOLA CLUB was founded by Dilara Bayrak and Zehra Sefi. Their existing biographies and qualifications are available on our main website. Our services provide exercise, movement and wellbeing support; they do not replace oncology care, medical assessment, physiotherapy treatment or prescribed specialist rehabilitation.
